Meet Jessica Gibson

Founder & Executive Director

My name is Jessica Gibson, the founder and Executive Director of Just Do It Movement Inc. As a community advocate and organizer for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, my goal is to serve and advocate for our most vulnerable population.

With 7 years of community advocacy experience, a nonprofit management certification from Duke University, and certifications in social justice and community organizing, I bring a unique blend of passion and professional expertise to Leap Effect Consulting.

I transitioned to Charlotte, NC in 2003, and hold a bachelors in Business Management from Montreat College. My 15-year background in banking as a branch manager allows me to leverage financial knowledge to enhance economic mobility for those I serve. Beyond consulting, I own Essence Beaute' salon suite, where I use my gift for the betterment of the community by offering services to our neighbors in need. I am an author, notary public, health coach, and a mother and wife.
